SLICE IS DEAD!
HABIT IS FOREVER!

We've moved. We've been saying we would do it for about a year, and we've finally packed our shit and jumped over to the .com era. With that came a name change, but fuck it, we LOVE it.
We appreciate all of our faithful readers love and support but don't stress, you can still find the posts you love over at Habit Magazine (as we just moved all the posts over there--HA). The site is sexy, and we're happy with it.

Don't forget to continue to:
Follow our crazy asses on Twitter
Friend us on Myspace
Fan us on Facebook
Subscribe to our our Youtube page

There isn't much to see by way of 'social media' yet, but FUCKING SUPPORT US while we continue to build the site and get things in order.

LOVE YOU ALL!

xo,
HABIT

I've been thinking about what English might sign like to a foreigner. I thought it probably sounded a bit like a softer version of German or something. After some research I came across this song by legendary Italian singer Adriano Celantan called 'Prisencolinensinainciusol', in which he uses gibberish words strung together to sound like an English sentence.

It's pretty interesting.

Mother's Day is just around the coroner, so we thought we'd share this fantastic classic with you all to remind you of the importance of treating your mother right.

This following song and band I was absolutely OBSESSED with has as a teen. I had a burned copy of their album which I had borrowed from the library (remember... back when people went to the library to listen to CD's...or was that just me?) and I had a photocopied picture of their album art-- in colour, and would listen to the album over and over again writing down the lyrics to each of the songs on the album (have I also mentioned that I have a strange obsession with music and lyrics...let's not get into it now). Anyway, for some reason they just knocked me out square between my eyes before I went to bed. It was so strange. 'Strange Disease' just creeped up on me like a peadophile in the park and now I can't get it out of my head. So here it is to annoy all of you.

Weoo Weoo,

Maria

Yesterday I walked along the street with an ex. He told me he had a new girlfriend. They started going out a week after we broke up. He then asked to sit down and so we did. I looked up and smiled at the dirty pigeons in the branches. He started sobbing and told me how sorry he was for everything. He told me he thought of me everyday. I just looked at him. And then, he pulled out this light blue handkerchief to wipe his red eyes with. All of a sudden, at that very moment, one of the pigeons decided to take a runny shit, and it landed directly on his handkerchief. As I starred at the white fluid running over onto his jeans I decided that from then on, I will always feed the birds.

xoxo,
Frankie

Since this song has been on my mind, I figured this would be the perfect video as a follow up post to our 420 tribute for those of you looking for other therapeutic measures to cure you of what ails you.

Relieving our belly ache,
SLICE
