I found it over at Dlisted, so I'm sure you avid blog readers out there have probably already seen it. It starts out as a hilarious video of a naked wizard with the worlds smallest peen at Coachella not wanting to get dressed... and turns into some crazy "police brutality" type affair of the poor nudist getting taserd and kneed in the sac while a large crowd looks on. I don't even know what to file this under.... it's going under culture. (Ladies never talk trash about your guys willy ever again).
The monstrosity of this entire situation is totally eclipsed by the fact that this guy has the tiniest penis... poor thing.

ha ha.. this is the funniest video I've ever seen. (This and the fucking hipster video of the kid rapping)... But I can't get over how small his penis is... like seriously, even at the end of the video when he was tazed (I THINK he had an erection... so apparently he's not a grower OR a shower)
